1. The applicants apply for their desired study program at Aalto University and furnish the required documents to the university.
2. Aalto University evaluates the applications and, based on its criteria, makes a conditional offer to the applicants.
3. The applicants accept the offer from Aalto University and apply for the scholarship at OneStream Live Foundation.
4. Submissions are reviewed and applicants are shortlisted based on pre-defined selection criteria.
5. The shortlisted applicants are called for an interview.
6. OneStream Live Foundation committee conducts a final review of the shortlisted applicants.
7. The chosen applicants and Aalto University are informed about the scholarship grant

• Citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.*
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record for candidates applying for a Master’s degree.
• A minimum of two-year’s working experience.
• Secured admission to Aalto University.**
• Applicants living or working in a country other than their home country are not eligible for scholarships.

* OneStream Live Foundation scholarships are currently being offered to Pakistani citizens only.

** Applicants who have already secured scholarships at Aalto University can also apply. However, those who have received a 100% tuition fee waiver from Aalto University cannot apply for the OneStream Live scholarship.

This scholarship only covers the tuition fee, either in full (100% scholarship) or in partial funding (50% scholarship). It does not cover:

• Monthly allowance for expenses, housing, books, and instructional materials
• Medical insurance
• Travel expenses
• Any other expenses

The scholarship is non-recurring, and the applicant must apply again at the beginning of the next academic year. The decision to accept or reject rests with the OneStream Live Foundation and will depend on the candidate’s academic performance and adherence to the Aalto University Code of Conduct during the previous scholarship tenure:

• A minimum of 3.5 CGPA
• A minimum of 60 credits per year
